Privacy Notice

Noxor Group Ltd. respects privacy and limits the information collected through this website to what is needed to review and respond to enquiries.

Who is responsible

Noxor Group Ltd. is responsible for personal information collected through this website. Privacy matters are handled by the Privacy Officer, Noxor Group Ltd.

To make a privacy request or raise a privacy concern, use the contact form and select Privacy Request.

Information we collect

The enquiry form collects your name, email address, enquiry category, and message. You may also provide a company name. If you contact us by email, the email service also processes your address, message, routing information, and any other information you choose to include.

When you submit the form, the hosting service processes basic connection information. For abuse prevention, the form converts the connecting address into a keyed pseudonymous value and stores short-lived counters; the application does not store the raw address with your enquiry.

The form does not accept file uploads.

Please do not submit sensitive personal, financial, medical, or identification information through the form.

How information is used

We use submitted information to review and respond to enquiries, route them appropriately, address privacy or accessibility requests, and continue business discussions you have requested.

Enquiry submissions are not used to enrol you in marketing communications.

Service providers

Enquiries submitted through the form are sent by our website hosting provider to our business mailbox so they can be reviewed and answered. The form does not save enquiry content in a website database. Our email service provider receives and stores form emails, direct emails, and replies. These providers may process information on our behalf in the locations where they operate.

We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We retain enquiries only as long as reasonably needed to review and respond to them. Our target is to delete ordinary form enquiry emails after no more than 60 days. We review the mailbox weekly and delete enquiries manually when they are no longer needed. Direct email correspondence is also reviewed through this mailbox process.

Pseudonymous rate-limit records are reviewed weekly and removed when no longer needed for abuse prevention. They are not used for marketing or combined with the content of an enquiry.

Deleting an enquiry from the mailbox may not immediately remove copies retained in email-provider backups or recovery systems. If enquiry data is restored, we repeat the deletion review before using it.

Any enquiry records retained from an earlier version of the form are also reviewed under this retention policy.

Information may be retained longer where an enquiry results in an ongoing business relationship or where retention is reasonably required for legal or operational purposes.

Safeguards

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the limited information collected. We take reasonable steps to limit access to people who need the information to review and respond to Noxor Group enquiries.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

Analytics and cookies

The website does not currently use advertising pixels, behavioural tracking, or non-essential analytics cookies.

Basic technical information may be processed by the hosting service as part of normal website operation and security.

Your privacy choices

You may ask whether Noxor holds information associated with your enquiry, request access or correction, or ask for deletion, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

Use the contact form and select Privacy Request. Please provide enough information for us to locate and assess the request without sending sensitive identification documents unless we provide a secure method.

Updates

We may update this notice when website features, service providers, information handling, tracking, or retention practices change.
